There are lots of questions when it comes to therapy.

What can I expect from my first session?

Your first session is about getting to know you. What’s bringing you to therapy, and what are you hoping to gain from our time together. We will take things at your pace and begin build a plan together.

How much does therapy cost?

Sessions are typically 50-55 minutes. The fee is $150 per session.

Extended session are available as well for a fee of $250 per 75 minute session. Payment will be due in full at the end of your counseling session.

We accept major credit/debit cards.

The credit card you place on file to secure your initial appointment will be charged through our scheduling system.

Do you take my insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly.

If requested, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Some clients choose to use HSA or FSA funds to pay for therapy.

Why would I want to do virtual therapy?

Virtual therapy means we meet where you feel most comfortable.

Keeping your busy life in mind, it can be easier to make the time without having

to worry about commute time, traffic, time away from work, childcare,...
